Over promised and completely under delivered. I don't know how they work with companies as customers but as an individual customer, they missed every time frame that they quoted me, completely lacked follow up in a reasonable time frame or promised time frame, and hard to get ahold of anyone except who is at the front desk. I was told on my initial contact that they could have my laptop done the next day. 8 days later it is finally done after multiple calls and being told multiple times it would be another day or so. Then I get a $200 bill. I have no problem with the bill but with spending that much, I would expect a certain level of professionalism and customer service. GO TO MICROCENTER OR ANYWHERE ELSE
