Almost a year ago, my computer quit working. No problem. I just called my computer repair shop. and got a recording saying they were closed that day. Now I had a problem. Trying not to panic at the thought of 24 hours offline, I called Cols Micro Systems and asked if they could fix it. Steve, the guy who answered the phone, said, "Sure, but can I ask a couple questions?" No, I'm NOT going to tell you what was wrong.
The point of this isn't to tell you how computer-illiterate I am. It's to tell you how ethical Cols Micro Systems is. They could've let me bring the machine in and made some quick cash. Instead Steve walked me through a couple steps over the phone and saved my computer's life. Last week, I decided to buy a new computer and of course you see where this is headed: I went to Cols Micro Systems. They helped me figure out exactly what I wanted in a new computer, gave me a very competitive price and built the machine in less than a week. Am I happy? I'm so happy! My PC died when I attempted to power it up after being out of town over the weekend. I dropped it off at their shop based on the recommendation of a friend. I dropped it off first thing on a Tuesday morning and it was ready the same day! The team was very professional and I was extremely pleased with the repair work and the price.
