Larry and Derrek were fantastic. To say they went above and beyond reasonable expectations would be a great understatement. They could tell I was a bit "harried" (another understatement), so went out of their way to not only tend to their other customers, but to make an incredible effort to get me up and running after a major computer failure while I waited! Just as important as their speed and attention was their expertise, which impressed me (and I am used to working with large company IT personnel), but they were also calming (not easy with me), and made me feel like I was not only in good hands, but very important.

They fixed the problem, then I had another, so they fixed that, loaded a new computer, moved all my data, programs, setup, etc. quickly, professionally and in a way that made me feel like their most important customer and without any negativity. This is service that one does not find any more. They have earned a position as my sole IT vendor, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I now see why they have been in continuous business for so long: They are simply marvelous at what they do!

These guys are real pros and super knowledgeable. Luis (I'm pretty sure that was his name) helped me out just based on my novice level explanation of my motherboard problem. He explained to me what they charge for and told me how to get the help I needed at the lowest cost to myself. And when I needed a pin straightened, he helped me out.
