BOTTOM LINE: I'm going to level with you. Even though this place isn't Fry's Electronics the fact that they are still here after well over 15 years is really amazing. Much cheaper with service (computer repairs) and much nicer people.

I took my desktop in that I purchased from them 3 years because I was having problems with the Blue Screen of Death. They charged me for a complete scan for viruses, hardware & software issues, & computer optimization without fixing the problem. The next day when I picked up the computer I was still have the same problem, I took it back to them and they still could not fix the problem. I'm still having the same issues to this day and when I call them (the technician's name is Ghandi) about fixing the problem they've shown a reluctance to look into the problem further and seem content to dump the problem in my lap instead.

I'm extremely disappointed with their service here and they don't seem to be very competent when it comes to troubleshooting. I recommend taking your computer purchases and computer repair issues elsewhere so that you can get qualified technicians to fix your issue instead of just giving you the runaround.

I have taken my daughter's laptop there twice, and they did a great job fixing complicated problems. I took in my computer that had crashed and burned due to Windows 10 updating during startup. They know what they're doing. They're also in the process of remodelng their store, so it will be nice when they are done.
