I have done business with United PC for several years. Always prompt and professional service. Cost is reasonable. As a computer store owner I have witnessed United PC quote a customer $200.00 just to extract information off a bare hard drive. after i purchased apower supply for a desktop pc, iask that customer over to my store ancopied everything overto a 32 gig flash drive which at no cost to him and charged $50.00 for the copy. Good luck with your 2 week wating tmes as well United
