Fantastic customer support! Our company uses Allstate for all of our computer needs and they've never let us down. I was locked out of my programing computer and it's a very vital piece of equipment. Bruce asked me to bring it in. He had me back in within 5 minutes. In the past, we've had issues with computers and Allstate has always been there for us. We know if we have problems with any computer, Allstate will resolve the issue in an extraordinary short amount of time. Brian and is team are the best. Our company, Atlantic Smart Technologies, would recommend Allstate to everyone.

Amazing service! I've worked with Allstate both personally and for my business, and they are always very helpful, professional, and prompt. Bruce went way out of his way to help with an internet connectivity issue today, and we couldn't be more grateful! We've worked with Allstate on a wide variety of technical support issues, and they've always been a big help. Excellent service! My hard drive failed. Brian & Mike assessed damage and was very helpful. A week later, I called for some help with setting up an external hard drive, Bruce logged into my computer and performed a quick fix at no charge. In my opinion, these guys "genuinely" care about the customer.
