Really glad I found this place, they saved me a lot of time and effort. My mom was the victim of ransomware and even though I'm fairly comfortable working on computers, I don't live locally. I took my computer to see if he could retrieve the data since my computer was not working properly. Well, after 8 days, he said he could do nothing to save the data. I had to call him or stop by several times just to give me an update on it, and every time he said, well, it's getting there, it's so and so percentage done already. On the 8th. day, I finally went back there and he said, sorry, it's not retrievable. He charged me $43.00. Disappointed!
