Shipped out 2 laptops for repair and they did an amazing job. I'm an IT person myself but I didn't have the time to repair the issues myself. They replaced the screen issues amazingly. The laptops I sent were old and they look almost new now. The parts used are new and before the work was done they called and told me what was needed and didn't over sell me anything. If I get anymore Dell laptops that need repair that I don't have the time to do it myself I'd be happy to send it back to them.

I purchased a brand new replacement battery for my Dell XPS. Slightly more than a year after installing it, my computer starting rejecting it saying that the battery wasn't a recognized device. Now my device crashes everytime I unplug the power cord. I called the Parts People and they were unwavering in their "Only one year warranty" and wanted to sell me a new one. Really? A brand new battery that only lasts a year and they think I'm stupid enough to purchase from them again?
This was not an issue of my battery expiring over time and suddenly no longer functioning. This was a sudden random glitch possibly due to a manufacture defect that they refused to be responsible for.

Very careless and lazy vibe from this companies employees. Every answer was no, with no followup to attempt assisting me. Employee hung up without even saying thank you, have a nice day, or even saying goodbye.

Dell Inspiron: Bubble liquid poured on the touch screen accidentally, screen was not turning on. Took my laptop to the store in Austin, fixed it in a day. Good and friendly service. :
